Completely renovated in 2003 this independent end-of-terrace house is a
holiday hideaway. Just off a country lane, it is surrounded by rural peace
and quiet, located as we are, in the secluded eastern side of Istria 8
kilometres from the town of Barban. With its long illustrious history,
particularly under Venetian rule, Barban is a great place to visit, with
its town walls, gates and medieval churches.

There is a food store and restaurant in nearby Šajini, otherwise more
essential shops, banks and chemist are found at Barban. Large garden with
wood burning oven. Ample parking just outside the property.

Entrance into a charming bare stone sitting/dining room with trap door to
wine cellar. Shower room, WC etc. Kitchen with washing machine, oven, hob,
fridge, sink unit, large open fireplace and outside door access. Thirteen
steps to first floor and one double bedded room. The double beds are
slightly narrower than normal, in common with Istrian practice.
